Training on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
AICS Addis Ababa and UNFPA Ethiopia co-organized a training on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) at the Creative Hub Ethiopia. Through practical and theoretical exercises UNFPA engaged more than 100 participants, attending in-person and online, to communicate and discuss on the key concepts and understandings of requirements related to PSEA.

L’iniziativa prevede un contributo all’Ufficio delle Nazioni Unite per i servizi ed i progetti (UNOPS) di 7.6 milioni di euro e ha lo scopo di migliorare l’accesso ai servizi socio-sanitari delle comunità che vivono nei distretti di Chifra in Afar e Hamer nella regione SNNP, colpite dalle conseguenze del conflitto e da shock climatici, che mettono a dura prova la resilienza delle comunità.

The initiative, funded by the Italian Government with 22 million euros, finances the implementation of sanitation interventions aimed at the collection and sustainable disposal of wastewater and the strengthening of management tools of infrastructure at all levels to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness of services in 6 small and medium-sized towns in Ethiopia.
